1. Warranty Policy
Urban Skinn devices include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This 2 Years guarantee applies only to:

This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or electronic defects.
- Internal faults not caused by misuse or damage.
It does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
- Consumable items (gels, brush heads, pads, attachments).
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, contact support@urbanskinn.com.
Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and, if required, issue a replacement unit.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement device.
2. Fair Use Policy
To maintain fairness for all customers, Urban Skinn reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds for:
- Repeated or excessive return requests.
- Signs of misuse, damage, or fraud.
- Products returned do not match the original order.
Accounts showing an unusual return pattern may be reviewed or temporarily restricted from future guarantees.
3. Damaged or Defective on Arrival (3-Day Rule)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.
Claims made after 3 days may not be accepted.
4. Refund Method & Processing
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
- If payment was made through a limited-use method (e.g., expired card, closed account), Urban Skinn will issue a store credit equal to the refund value.
5. Responsibility & Returns Handling
Returned items remain your responsibility until received and inspected by Urban Skinn.
We recommend secure packaging and a tracked courier.
Urban Skinn is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
All returns, inspections, and replacements are coordinated through support@urbanskinn.com.
The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
6. International Orders
Urban Skinn covers all duties and taxes on your delivery, so there are no hidden import fees when receiving your order. However, for any return shipments, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
7. Policy Updates
Urban Skinn reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice to reflect changes in regulations or logistics.
All orders will follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
