How long does it take to charge?

Does it hurt to use?

The device is pain free. It does not generate heat during or after treatment, so it does not feel hot or uncomfortable.

How do I use the device?

Step 1: Cleanse your skin and pat dry.

Step 2: Apply a pea-sized amount of the Serum to prep the skin.

Step 3: Pop on the LED Eye Mask and switch it on.

Step 4: Let the treatment run for its automatic 3 minutes.

Step 5: Continue with your skincare regimen.

Step 6: Repeat 6 times per week .

Can I use my normal moisturizer before I use the device?

Skincare and makeup can block the light from entering the skin. We recommend using the product on clean skin that’s free from any product.

Can I use the mask more than the recommended amount?

Yes you can, although the treatment will switch off automatically after 3-minutes because there aren't any proven claims that results be better after that time.

Sensitivity Test

Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step-by-step guide below:

1. Power on your device.

2. Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full 3-minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch off after 3 minutes.

3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.

4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you.

DO NOT use this device to treat any other conditions apart from those listed in the indications for use. This device has not been tested for any other conditions than those listed, and the risk is unknown.

Works As Expected

This red light therapy mask fitted my face very well, it sits on the contours very well, and was very comfortable to wear. It is lightweight, and works efficiently. I have yet to see any benefits to my skin as it is too early to tell.

Great addition to my face routine!

This is a great addition to my face routine! I have noticed a huge difference with the dark circles under my eyes. My skin feels smooth in that area and it's comfortable to wear. I prefer doing this over going to an overpriced skin spa. It's a good deal and you can easily do it at home!

This therapy mask from urban skinn is incredible and has exceeded my expectations. It's lightweight, comfortable to use, and because it's wireless, it's very practical because I can relax anywhere without worrying about cables. I like that it has a timer function . It's wonderful that my dark circles are finally diminishing. The battery lasts a long time, and it charges very quickly.

It seems to work well but does leave temporary lines on the skin. I wouldn't recommend using it just before work or an event. I'd love to use it the night before.
